At about the same time, I came across the sport of rowing and as a consequence I spent the late 80's and all of the 90's as an elite athlete. I represented Australia at 8 World Championships and the Olympic Games in Atlanta in 1996. During this time there was not a lot of photography taking place, as my single mindedness wouldn't allow it. Towards the end of the 90's however, I studied Photography at the Canberra Institute of Technology while I was based at the Australian Institute of Sport. This study was the catalyst in my decision to hang up the oars and return to Brisbane to continue where I left off.
As a freelancer since, I have established a diverse range of clients, some of which include - aussieBum, Wilson HTM, Alphatykes, Nudgee College, Baulderstone, AESmith, Brisbane Grammar School, Aurora Marketing, UBS Wealth Management & Hutchinson Builders to name a few. The rowing habit is hard to quit, and as a consequence you will also see more than several images of rowing in my action folio.

My initial foray into photography was with a plastic camera at an Amercian car show somewhere back in the early 80's.
I pestered my father to take me and my fascination with visual presence and imagery has only grown since.
